As a testament to his contribution to the industry, he was chosen in 2003 by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies – Philippines (4As) as one of the 25 Mavericks of the Advertising Industry and is a 2005 Creative Guild of the Philippines Lifetime Achievement Awardee.
