GINO SANTOS

Gino M. Santos is one of the youngest yet most prolific directors in the Philippines. He graduated with a digital filmmaking degree from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.

He was mentored early on by Filipino directors Marilou Diaz Abaya and Brillante Mendoza. Some of his notable works are his first feature film, The Animals (2012), which he directed at the age of 22 and premiered at the Cinemalaya Film Festival. His mainstream films “Ex With Benefits (2015) and “Love Me Tomorrow (2016) were both huge box office hits.

For UxS, he has directed several commercials and series up to this date. He has worked with brands such as Unilever, P&G, Mondelez and Jollibee. Santos is widely known for his hip and edgy storytelling style.
